Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of ManyPosts.ai and all products and services offered by Live Beyond Doubt LLC ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to Rosie Bot™, Newsletter Automation, Carousel Generator, and Blog Writer (collectively, "Services"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Service, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Subscription Commitment & Auto-Renewal

By enrolling in any ManyPosts.ai subscription, Client agrees to the selected subscription term (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing term unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

Payment plans do not reduce the total commitment for the term. The full balance is owed regardless of utilization or early cancellation request prior to term completion.

To cancel, Client must submit written notice to Provider at least 30 days before the renewal date via email or the designated client portal.

2. No Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of all Services and the immediate delivery of assets, all payments are final and non-refundable, except as expressly outlined in Section 3.

3. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Rosie Bot™)

Rosie Bot™ subscriptions include a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If Client does not generate any measurable new business activity as a result of implementing Rosie Bot™ content within the first 90 days, Client may request a full refund.

"New business activity" includes any of the following:

•       Direct messages or inquiries about services

•       New email list subscribers or social media followers

•       Profile visits or website clicks from social media

•       Consultation requests, discovery call bookings, or appointment requests

•       Course enrollments, product purchases, or event registrations

•       Networking connections, collaboration inquiries, or speaking requests

•       Any other measurable lead or business opportunity generated through social media

To qualify for the guarantee, Client must:

•       Complete required onboarding and set up the bot correctly

•       Consistently post Rosie Bot™-generated content across connected platforms for the full 90 days, with a minimum of 90 posts per platform

•       Distribute content across the full 90-day period (not concentrated in a few days)

•       Demonstrate active audience engagement (responding to comments, engaging with others' content)

•       Provide screenshots or analytics showing zero new business activity tied to social content during those 90 days

If all conditions are met, Provider will issue a full refund of the subscription amount paid.

4. Scope of Services

ManyPosts.ai offers the following products. Features and delivery may vary by plan level:

Rosie Bot™

•       Custom pre-loaded content based on Client's niche

•       45 content generation runs per month (resets monthly), each producing a complete post for distribution across connected platforms

•       Top-Up Credits available for purchase at any time; credits never expire and are used after monthly baseline credits are depleted

•       Monthly 1:1 Strategy Call (async via Telegram or live virtual meeting, at Client's preference)

•       Discretionary Bonus Credits during the first 30 days at Provider's sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis

•       Optional 1:1 onboarding support depending on plan level

Other ManyPosts.ai Products

•       Newsletter Automation: AI-assisted newsletter drafting and scheduling

•       Carousel Generator: Automated branded carousel creation

•       Blog Writer: AI-assisted long-form blog content generation

Provider may periodically update or enhance any Service at its discretion during the subscription term.

5. Managed Service Model

All ManyPosts.ai products are provided as fully managed services. This means:

•       Provider maintains, hosts, and operates all backend systems, workflows, and automation infrastructure on Client's behalf

•       Client does not receive direct access to underlying automation platforms, databases, or technical systems (including but not limited to n8n, APIs, or workflow builders)

•       Client interacts with Services solely through designated user interfaces and communication channels provided by Provider

•       Provider retains full control and responsibility for all technical infrastructure, updates, and system maintenance

6. Platform Compliance & Client Responsibility

Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

•       Platform Policy Compliance: Client is solely responsible for ensuring all content posted through ManyPosts.ai Services complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies of each social media platform (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads)

•       Music & Copyright: Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions for any music, images, or third-party content used in posts. Provider offers access to a curated database of commercially-licensed stock images, but if Client uses their own media, Client is solely responsible for proper licensing

•       Account Standing: Provider is not responsible if Client's social media accounts are suspended, banned, restricted, or penalized for any reason

•       Content Appropriateness: Client must review all generated content for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with applicable professional standards and licensing requirements (e.g., therapy licensing boards, HIPAA, ethical guidelines)

•       No Platform Guarantees: Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to platform API changes, rate limiting, or third-party service disruptions

7. AI Output Disclaimer

•       All ManyPosts.ai products use AI to generate content suggestions

•       AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or phrasing that does not fully align with Client's brand voice

•       Client is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing

•       Provider is not liable for any damages, losses, or reputational outcomes resulting from published content, including content that violates platform policies, copyright law, or professional ethics codes

8. Customization & Results

Services will be customized based on the information Client provides. Quality of results may vary based on Client's inputs, instructions, and posting consistency. Provider does not guarantee specific growth metrics, follower counts, revenue levels, or business outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All system materials, workflows, templates, prompts, databases, and automation logic are the sole property of Provider. Client receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the applicable Service during their paid subscription term. Client may not duplicate, resell, reverse-engineer, or share access to any ManyPosts.ai product.

10. Payment Terms

•       All payments must be made via approved payment methods through authorized payment processors

•       If a payment fails, access to Services may be paused until updated payment is received

•       Unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of services

11. Termination

Provider reserves the right to terminate Client's access for misuse, violation of intellectual property rights, or failure to comply with payment terms. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts unless covered under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

12. Not Professional Advice

ManyPosts.ai products are business and marketing tools, not therapeutic advice, financial advice, or legal guidance. Provider is not responsible for Client's overall business operations, marketing decisions, or financial outcomes. Client remains solely responsible for compliance with all applicable professional licensing requirements, HIPAA regulations, and ethical standards in their jurisdiction.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider's total liability to Client for any claims arising from this Agreement or use of any ManyPosts.ai Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client for the subscription term in which the claim arose. Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Data Privacy & Security

Provider takes reasonable measures to protect Client data and information shared during onboarding and service delivery. Client acknowledges that no system is completely secure. Provider is not liable for unauthorized access or data breaches beyond Provider's reasonable control. Client is responsible for maintaining the security of their own social media accounts and login credentials. Provider will not share Client's proprietary business information with third parties except as necessary to deliver Services.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or small claims court. Client waives any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Provider.

16. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any ManyPosts.ai product or Service, Client acknowledges that they have read and agree to this Agreement in full, that this is a legally binding agreement, and that Client is responsible for their own business results, content review, platform compliance, and professional standards.
